I`ve never used aspirin, so can't comment on it. There is nattokinase which
is an enzyme from soya and that seems to work by dissolving clots which are
already present. I don't know if there have been any clinical trials, but it
isn't supposed to affect the blood platelets, just remove clots already there.
Again, I haven't used it, but maybe someone else has.
